Easy Kimchi Pancake Recipe (Crispy & Homemade)

1 cup chopped kimchi

½ cup kimchi juice

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 green onion, sliced

1 tablespoon cooking oil

How to Make Kimchi Pancakes

In a bowl, add the chopped kimchi and kimchi juice.

Add flour and water, then mix well until smooth.

Stir in green onions (and optional ingredients if you like).

Heat a pan on medium heat and add cooking oil.

Pour the batter into the pan and spread it thin.
